Our Tasting Room offers a varied cocktail menu featuring Soiled Doves Vodka, Mayday Moonshine and Cinder Dick Straight Colorado Bourbon. We use fresh herbs and locally sourced ingredients to offer a full array of cocktails.

The bar looks through tall windows into the distillery, so you can see where the spirit in your glass was made.
